Pupil Premium
As in previous years, we will continue to use the pupil premium to improve the attainment of our PPG pupils. The disproportionately high impact of COVID-19 on the education of our pupils makes this more important than ever.
For 2021 to 2022, we are required to:
- use our recovery premium alongside our pupil premium funding and report on our use of them as a single sum in our strategy statement
- use the new template to publish our strategy statement - see condition 8 of the conditions of grant
- publish our strategy statement by 31 December 2021 - this enables us to take the needs of our new intake into account
- demonstrate how we are spending and how our decisions are informed by a range of evidence - see condition 7 of the conditions of grant
Therefore our Pupil Premium Strategy 2021/22, due in November, will now be published by December 31st in light of the new guidance above.
