As a parent or guardian of a child at Coombe Hill Infants' you are automatically a member of the Coombe Hill Infants’ Parent Teacher Association (PTA) – CHIPTA. We look forward to working with you to build a strong school community and raise vital funds for all our children!
CHIPTA’s main aim is to raise funds to support all the wonderful activities that our children benefit from at Coombe Hill Infants'. From swimming, Forest School and drumming lessons, to the provision of blue bags and water bottles to all pupils – these are all funded by the money we raise throughout the year.
As well as fundraising, CHIPTA plays a vital role in building a strong school community by organising volunteers and helping out at events held at school such as meetings, concerts and the harvest festival. Every Friday we have a cake sale to raise money for a class. Each class has one cake sale each term and all money raised goes straight back into the classroom for the class teacher and the children to decide how to spend it.

All the money raised by CHIPTA helps fund a wide range of activities and equipment across the school. Money that you raise this year will directly benefit your child throughout their time at Coombe Hill Infants', including:
Projects we are planning to raise money for in the near future include a low level climbing wall for the playground, an audio system for the hall and an all weather multi-use area.
